Let me bring fitness to you. I have trained clients in a gym setting, at their homes, offices, local parks. If you like one-on-one personal attention, we will create a plan to suit your specific goals. If your motivation comes from working out with some friends, then we can design a program to accommodate and challenge everyone's ability (and create savings for all). If you don't find me running, walking or riding along the White Rock Lake Trail, look for me teaching fitness classes at the Park Cities YMCA including Athletic Conditioning, Indoor Cycling, and Pilates.
Look for details of upcoming classes soon, or contact me for more information. I can train you (and all your friends) indoors or out, at home or at work. I have my own equipment and can travel!
