My first love has always been running and that has truly flourished over the past years. Since my early 20's I "just ran", hoping  the same old training routine would magically lead to better results. This all changed when I took a ChiRunning workshop taught by Jeff. At first I was skeptical - how could such subtle adjustments in my running form lead to decreased injury and increased efficiency? I soon found out. Since taking the workshop, I have set PRs in 5k, 10k, 20k and the marathon! I have won my age group in all of these distances. In 2011 I set a goal of breaking 4 hours in the marathon (previous best was 4:16). By applying the Chi Running principles and by strength training in the gym with Jeff, I succeeded! I finished in 3:54 at Myrtle Beach. The following year it was a Boston Qualifying time I was after. Jeff trained and paced me at the 2012 Wrightsville Marathon. My body had the cardiovascular endurance to maintain my goal pace, the muscular strength to maintain proper form and prevent injury, and the mental focus and confidence to believe I could qualify. I finished in 3:41, and was Boston bound! I know that Jeff's coaching was the key to my success.
Jeff is an excellent trainer and has transformed me from an uninspired and injury-prone runner into a well rounded athlete with the tools to train and race with ease and joy for years to come. I cannot recommend Jeff and Fitness Delivered enough!

I have run marathons to get clients Boston Qualifiers and helped people thousands of miles away correct mechanical problems and find their way to happier running, PR's and distance goals.

Group Runs and other Running Events

Celebrate National Running Day with a free 20 minute intro to better and easier running technique with Pain-Free Running Method and ChiRunning Master Instructor Jeff Carnivale. We will then go for a short run where you can receive form tips and ask questions. Give-aways and discounts to future workshops will be available. Meet at the Bathhouse Cultural Center at White Rock Lake at 6PM.
